Latino’s energetic, fruity character is the perfect background for a classic fruit punch. Pour 50 ml of Latino over ice into a cocktail shaker, and add 100 ml of the fruit juice of your choosing. Personally, we like a combination of passionfruit, orange, and pineapple. Add a dash of grenadine and shake well, before straining into an ice-filled highball glass. Enjoy!Back to shop

When you taste Latino, you’ll experience a soft subtle start, with tones of licorice, pineapple, and candied fruits, giving way to a honeyed finish with hints of roasted coffee.
The West Indies has been producing sugarcane for hundreds of years. Made up of over 7,000 islands and territories stretching from the Florida peninsula of North America down to the northern coast of Venezuela, it is as beautiful as it is diverse. From active volcanoes to limestone islands to palm-fringed white beaches, each land is unique and different, imbued with its own distinct character and charm.
The taste of the Americas
Latino is a superbly-balanced blend of different countries. 60% of its base is made up of Guatemalan rum, while the rest is a mixture of rums from Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, and Guyana. This punchy, vivacious rum showcases the different notes and flavours of its bases, coming together to create an exotic and well-rounded final product.
Aged in bourbon for extra depth
Before being imported to Europe for blending, all of the rums used in the final product were aged for three-five years in wooden bourbon casks. The smoked coffee tones that come through in the finish owe their presence to this ageing process. A little organic sugarcane syrup is added to the blend, to bring out the fruity top notes.

Compagnie des Indes was created by Florent Beuchet, a wine expert hailing from Burgundy, France. Realising that the world of rums was every bit as diverse and varied as the world of wines, he set out on a journey of education.
