Tambour Original is a palm wine spirit born under the tropical sun of Benin, traditionally called sodabi. Born from the union of a century-old recipe and locally sourced natural ingredients, it preserves the original flavor of the palm wine from which it is distilled. Recent 90-point silver medal winner at IWSC 2026 in London.

This double-distilled spirit celebrates the complex harmony of hibiscus flower, dates, and spices, enhanced by the subtle woody aroma of oak.

The drum (Tambour), resonating like a heartbeat, is present at most local festivals and ceremonies during which sodabi is enjoyed.

Drawing its origins from the region of Allada, sodabi has evolved to become a fundamental element of daily life and Vodun rituals in southern Benin and neighboring Togo.
