Everyone (almost) loves pistachios! 💚

It's traditionally consumed roasted and salted as an aperitif, in ice cream, to season a dish, or in pastries...
Pistachio liqueur is sometimes available too! But usually in the form of sugary alcoholic creams.
STRATO was born of this observation, and a desire to show another approach of pistachio flavor!
We've created a distillate of Sicilian pistachios - the best there is, thanks to the mineral richness of volcano soil. 🍸 🌋
STRATO's sweetness and luminous color stand in sharp opposition to the rocky landscapes of Sicilian volcanoes, where pistachio trees have grown for almost a thousand years.

STRATO proposes a resolutely modern approach around pistachios, and a liquid focused on freshness, rather than on the pastiness of the fruit. It is a Sicilian pistachio distillate (Pistacchio Verde di Bronte, PDO), with a 25% ABV, and the lowest possible sugar level, which places STRATO far outside the liqueur category (liqueur > 100g/ L sugar), without compromising the taste.
Visually, STRATO is all about a story of contrasts between the sweetness of pistachio flavour, associated with a very pale green fine liquid, and the brutal minerality of volcanic soil, transcribed on both the label and the cap.
