Inspiration behind the product

Italian style has the tannins, earth and pepperiness that we love from from northern Italian wines. But it doesn’t taste like alcoholic wines as we know them. It’s darker in style and more savoury compared to the French, with meaty notes and more texture.

Drink on its own, or paired with dishes such as BBQ (meat or veg), tomato based dishes, classic pasta dishes and especially those with some heat, and ragus with parsley or rosemary.
