Floral Wormwood is complex and aromatic, with bitter notes of wormwood and green herbs, hints of orange peel and a floral finish. Versatile in no/low cocktails, pairs well with everything from cream to coffee and acidic mixers such as grapefruit or vinegar. But also great neat as a aperitif, with ice and lemon or topped with tonic or soda water.
Use as a replacement to vermouth/amaro.

Floral Wormwood offers great texture and depth. It’s versatile in no/low cocktails and pairs well with everything from cream to coffee and acidic mixers such as grapefruit or vinegar. But can also be enjoyed neat, preferably with ice.

Inspiration behind the product

Swedish non-alco brand Gnista is for the growing crowd who like the taste of alcohol and care about the drinking experience, but who want to stay sober (for the night or forever). Gnista was born out of the sense this group deserved a non-alcoholic spirit that actually resembled a fine spirit. It has since the launch in 2019 received massive attention and praise and is now present in 10 countries globally.

What makes it unique

Floral Wormwood is an intense and concentrated liquid, full of tannins and bitter notes. Taste wise it resembles a vermouth and may be used in similar fashion.
