What is Lexir?
Lexir is a new online boutique that connects you with the most interesting craft spirits from around the world.
How do you choose your products?
We select products that have a unique story to tell. We care about the quality of their ingredients, their production methods, and their approach. Most of all, we search for high quality spirits that we think you’d enjoy just as much as we do.
How is Lexir different from other online shops?
Lexir’s team of industry experts hand-pick craft spirits that they themselves have tasted and enjoyed. We work with these brands to tell their story with the same detail and passion you’d get on a tour of their distillery. With delivery and VAT included, we bring you the best prices on craft spirits anywhere online.
Shipping
Where do you deliver to?
Delivery is currently available in mainland France - but will be expanding to more countries very soon.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery is €6, but FREE for orders over €50. There are no minimum order amounts.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery currently takes 2 - 3 business days within mainland France.
When will you ship to my country?
Enter your name, email and country using this form to get notified when Lexir is available to ship to your country.
Orders
Can I modify an order I’ve already placed?
Yes, you can modify your order up until it has been picked up for delivery by sending an email to orders@lexir.com. Once it ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email, along with a link to the site of the shipping provider. You can stay updated on its status from here.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order within the first 24 hours of ordering. If you need to do so, please contact us at support@lexir.com.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number of the parcel and a link to the site of the shipping provider. You can stay updated on its progress and estimated arrival time from there.
What if I want to return my order?
If you change your mind and would like to return an unopened product, you can do so within 15 days after you receive the order by filling in this form. We are unable to accept returns of opened bottles, except in the case of defective products. To read our full policy, please refer to our Terms of Service.
What if the product arrives broken?
If your product arrives broken take a photo of it and send it to orders@lexir.com along with a short description of the issue. We will replace, exchange or refund your product if necessary.
Payments
What type of credit card do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. All payments are 100% secure and trusted.
How do you process payments?
We use Stripe - a best-in-class payment processing system.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes, you will receive a summary of your order by email after you have placed it.
