Pour 60ml of Reinaissance gin, 22.5ml of fresh lemon juice, 10ml of honey, and 5ml of water, into a cocktail shaker. Stir this about quickly to make sure the honey blends well with its co-stars, and then hard-shake over ice for 10-12 seconds. Fine-strain your Bee’s Knees into a chilled cocktail glass for a fresh, bright and more-ish springtime sipper.
